From Task to Workflow
Eight modules, about seven hours, no prior knowledge needed. You will learn what AI is good for at work, how to write good prompts, which of your tasks are worth it and how a task becomes a workflow. Every module ends with an exercise on your own work and a short quiz.
Who it is for: For specialists and managers in every department. The course is vendor-neutral and takes German and European law into account.

Prompting for business tasks
A prompt toolkit that produces usable results the first time, and a prompt library of your own.
Finding and prioritising use cases

AI assistants at work
Five routines for email, meetings, research, documents and data, with prompts, checks and pitfalls.
No-code automation

AI agents
What separates agents from assistants and workflows, where they stand in 2026 and which guardrails they need.
Data protection, security and law
Data classes, licence tiers, GDPR, the AI Act after the Omnibus and the role of the works council. As of October 2026.
Team rollout and measuring success
How individual experiments become a programme: champions, rules, pilot, measurement and an honest business case.
Certificate of learning
Once all eight modules are complete, you can download your personal certificate of learning as a PDF. It shows your name, the eight modules with your quiz results and the date of issue, and with a Claude account also a certificate number. It can serve as evidence of a training measure under Art. 4 of the AI Act. It is not an official certificate.
Every certificate gets an individual certificate number. Without a Claude account, it is not registered centrally.
