Create a status report from the tickets and notes below, in four parts: 1. progress since last week, 2. a traffic light per work package with a one-sentence reason, 3. risks, 4. decisions needed, with the name of the person who decides. Limits and risks
- False precision: A green light without data behind it is worse than none. A reason per traffic light is mandatory.
- Confidentiality: Project data often includes client names and budgets. Use only with a business licence and clear data rules.
- Replacing conversation: The report does not replace a conversation about risks. It makes it shorter and better prepared.
How to start
- Decide which fields in the project tool represent status.
- Build the prompt properly once and save it as a template.
- Run the AI draft and your own report side by side for four weeks.
